To use DMU, first install it:

On Linux:

Download the dmuv6-R6.r-EM64T-buield-YYYY-MM-DD.tar.gz file from:
<https://dmu.ghpc.au.dk/dmu/DMU/Linux/Current/>
where r is the sub-release number.

Extract the tar.gz file

On Mac:

Download the dmuv6-R6.r-EM64T-buield-YYYY-MM-DD.tar.gz file from:
<https://dmu.ghpc.au.dk/dmu/DMU/Mac/Current/>
where r is the sub-elease number.

On Windows:

Click on the DMUv6-R6.r-EM64T.msi file at:
<https://dmu.ghpc.au.dk/dmu/DMU/Windows/Current/>
where r is the release number.

This will create the following directory structure:

The license directory is empty, but it is the place to put the license file isued by QGG for acces to
the full capacity of DMU.

On Linux and Mac, the bin directory contains the dmu executable and a bash scrip (run_dmu) to run dmu.

On Windows the bin directory contains the dmu executable and 3 bat files:
DMU_example_ENV.bat for initiating the environment for running the included examples
DMU_ENV.bat for initiating the environment for running own analysis
run_dmu.bat the bat file for running DMU in the created environment

The sub directories under the example directory contains directive files (files with suffix DIR) for
running the different examples.
For each example, there is output files with suffix org.
